To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, 2 Degree Field Ltd disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to products sold on this website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.2 Degree Field Ltd does not make any representations regarding the validity, accuracy or reliability of, or the results of the use of the materials or products on the site or on any sites linked to this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to 2 Degree Field Ltd arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall 2 Degree Field Ltd, its’ officers or other representatives be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to harm to equipment and/or personal injury or death arising out of the use, or the inability to use a product sold on this site.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 2 Degree Field Ltd reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. 2 Degree Field Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training purposes.

Typographical Errors

While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, 2 Degree Field Ltd shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, 2 Degree Field Ltd, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:

a.) If an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.

b.) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at anytime without notice.

Sales Tax/ International orders

2 Degree Field Ltd shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom and European Union. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.

International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. 2 Degree Field Ltd is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. 2 Degree Field Ltd recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges.

Repair and Service Terms and Conditions

By requesting us (verbally or by written text) to repair or service your computer system you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions have been broken down into sections for ease of viewing.

Responsibility of Data Backup

Customer agrees that prior to 2 Degree Field Ltd servicing any Customer equipment it is Customer’s responsibility to (1) back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on Customer’s computer disk drives, peripherals, MP3 player, DVD player, camcorder, digital camera and/or on any other electronic storage device; and (2) remove all videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media from Customer’s product. Customer agrees that whether or not Customer requests back-up services from 2 Degree Field Ltd and/or its third party service provider, neither 2 Degree Field Ltd nor its third party service provider shall be liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration or corruption of any data, software, information, files, videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT CUSTOMERS SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. 2 Degree Field Ltd EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.2 Degree Field Ltd MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; NOR DOES 2 Degree Field Ltd MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT CUSTOMERS OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT CUSTOMER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO CUSTOMERS COMPUTER/SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY CUSTOMER FROM 2 Degree Field Ltd OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO EACH CUSTOMER. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER TO BACK-UP ALL DATA ON COMPUTERS AND OTHER DEVICES; 2 Degree Field Ltd WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOSS OF ANY CUSTOMER DATA.

Limitation of Liability

2 Degree Field Ltd  SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF CUSTOMERS TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF XL PRO SYSTEMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO EACH CUSTOMER.

It is Customers responsibility to back-up the software and data that is stored on Customers computers, hard disk drive(s), and/or on any other storage devices Customer may have, and 2 Degree Field Ltd shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data, or files.2 Degree Field Ltd shall not be liable in any way for damages arising from any part, equipment, peripheral, software or other product supplied to Customer by 2 Degree Field Ltd.

Return Policy/Procedures

Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card, PayPal, or account. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we can not resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee as long as items are sealed and in original packaging. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

You have a right to terminate your contract with us within 14 working days from delivery of your item except in the case of items that are custom made. If you wish to terminate the contract within 14 days you will be responsible for the courier costs of returning the item to us.

If you have any further questions regarding the content of these shipping and returns policies please contact us. Software or protection devices for software cannot be returned to us if the seal is broken.

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives faulty or developes a fault please contact us as soon as possible with a full product and fault description and the date of purchase.

Before contacting us please consult the user manual of the product as the suspected fault may be part of the normal operation of the product.

Faults developing within the first 28 days will be collected free of charge. Conditions apply.

Faults developing after 28 days and within the 12 month warranty will be sent back at the customers expense.

Faults developing after 12 months from purchase cannot be sent back to us. We can however offer details of service centres that may be able to repair your goods

Please do not send faulty products back without contacting us as you will require a Returns Number. Sending products back without the Returns Number can lead to significant delays in processing.

Please write the Returns Number clearly on the packaging and include a full fault description with the item for our engineers. Not writing a fault description can lead to significant delays in processing.

Software faults, faults caused by user error, faults caused by using the product in a way other than what it is intended for, faults caused by incompatibility with existing equipment are not covered under our normal terms.

All products returned will be assessed by our staff. Any product found to be faulty due to customer misuse will be chargeable. Any product returned and found not to exhibit a fault will be charged a fixed engineers fee of £30 plus associated carriage costs.

Products that have been modified in any way are not covered under warranty.

We aim to sort out and turn around faulty items as quickly as possible. Sometimes repairs can take longer than expected. If a product is going to take longer than expected we will let you know either by telephone or email. If you would like to check on the progress of your repair please contact us with your returns number.

We will not be held responsible for any impact of faulty items.
